Battalion Chief Anderson has been with the Destin Fire Control District since 1997. He is a certified Paramedic and is certified in FLUSAR, Swiftwater Rescue, USLA, PWC Rescue, and Boat Operator. He has been an adjunct Professor at Northwest Florida State College and an instructor for Medical Outfitter Training Consultants for over 16 years. Battalion Chief Anderson has his associate's degree in fire science. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife, Hillary, and three children.
