Battalion Chief Justin Blixt is a career fire service professional with more than 25 years of experience in emergency response, fire suppression, and organizational leadership. He currently serves as a Battalion Chief, where he oversees daily operations, training initiatives, and personnel development.

Throughout his career, Chief Blixt has held multiple leadership roles and is deeply committed to firefighter safety, professional excellence, and community service. He is passionate about training, mentorship, and preparing the next generation of firefighters to serve with integrity, teamwork, and professionalism.

Chief Blixt holds multiple state certifications and a degree in Fire Science. His leadership philosophy centers on accountability, continuous improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and performance within the fire service.

Outside of work, Chief Blixt enjoys spending time with his wife, Melanie, their three children, and two grandchildren.
