Molly Clark joins Destin Fire Control District as the Beach Safety Captain, bringing a background in military leadership, human performance, and aquatic readiness. She served as an Armor Officer in the United States Army, achieving the rank of Captain, where she led and supervised soldiers in high-tempo operational environments, managed large-scale logistics, and developed training programs to enhance readiness and performance.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise and Health from Purdue University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology at the University of Florida, with a focus on human performance. She is a strong swimmer with a passion for ocean safety and physical preparedness. In addition to her military experience, she has a background in strength and conditioning, supporting physical preparedness and performance.

Her combined operational and performance background supports her focus on developing a professional, well-trained beach safety program centered on readiness, prevention, and service to the community.
